English Resources and Help

About

If you’re here it’s probably because I’ve sent you a link and I am often found at your house talking about English (and possibly other things). As there are a few of you, I’ve decided to start this little blog up so I can put up posts with resources, links and other things you might find interesting and/or helpful in your HSC English studies. If you’re not someone I tutor, leave me a comment about where you’re from!

As I’m sure you all know, trials are coming up, and then soon the final exams. You’re probably not even thinking about these with all the assessments you have to deal with but they tend to creep up on you. So it’s important that you don’t let a module escape you, and that you keep working on your essays until they’re (almost) perfect.

For Ext.I, you’ll know that the hunt for the perfect text and the perfect thesis is an ongoing one, and I’ll try here to recommend texts and essays to help you.

If you are interested in being able to write posts here for others to respond to/critique your work, I’ll set you up with an account and writing privileges – but for now, just have a look around, check out the links and post some comments (requests?).

I read some of the posts and I think it is a great place! I want you to respond well to my innuendo margin I have a nice joke. Why did the chicken cross the playground? To get to the other slide.
